I leased a Honda Civic yesterday from Academy Honda in Oldbridge, NJ. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated exceptionally. For two weeks, I went to countless car dealerships and was often insulted by their offers and disappointed in their lack of professionalism in knowledge about their product and competitors products. Robert walked me through the process step by step and demonstrated immense patience. I was truly amazed by his knowledge of the Honda Civic as he explained each and every individual feature of the car. I was offered a great price and I never felt even once that i was being taken advantage of like the other car dealerships. Additionally, Lily Li was extremely helpful in helping me getting approved. I've worked hard to build my credit back up in the past few years, and Lily did a fantastic job in helping me get approved at the price I wanted. Stephen at DCH Academy was an excellent help to me when purchasing a new car. When I went to the dealer they didn't have the exact model I wanted in stock, as the car is considerably rare in that color and purchasing a new car. I got a great price on the car I wanted and I could not be any happier. The experience was rather painless and Stephen was incredibly friendly, informative and professional. I researched the car I wanted for about 7 months constantly, and he knew as much as I did, if not more, about the car, which was nice to talk to someone who actually knows the car they are selling, which is more than I can say for a few of the other local dealers. Academy Honda service dept. is fantastic. The entire dept. is very friendly, courtious, and most of all honest. They are unique as they treat you as part of their family. I had a wonderful experience dealing with DCH Academy Honda. I had first went to a Honda dealership that was closer to my house, but within 20 minutes of sitting down with the salesman I left. We then went over the DCH and from the minute I walked in the door I had already felt more welcome than any other dealership. When I went in on that Saturday I was dealing with Joe Yankunas. Joe was great. Very personal, very excited to show me any car of my choice and went to bat for me multiple times regarding my trade-in. On Tuesday when I went to get the car Joe was backed up with people (just goes to show how good he is), so he luckily passed me off to Akram who was just as great. Some people would mind being passed to another salesman, but I would rather be passed off than wait 2+ hours. Akram made the sale process very simple and easy to understand. I hope to have my car for at least 7 years, but when I'm ready for a new one I will definitely be going back there. I highly recommend to anyone looking not only for a reliable car (Honda's), but a team of people that actually care about the clients and put them first. More

Joseph Guzzo was our sales person. He took the time to demo three cars with us. A Civic, Accord Sport ans Accord LX. After driving the vehicles me and my wife decided to purchase the LX model. When it came to the decision of picking the colors the exterior color was easy to pick out, but deciding on the interior color was difficult because there wasn't an LX on the lot with the two available combinations to see in person. Joe took the time to see what cars were in the warehouse and found that there were two LX models there with both combinations to see; so he suggested to take a ride to the warehouse to see the cars which helped us to make a decision on the interior. We really appreciated Joe's time and patience to help us find the right car. Joe also negotiated with us fairly and answered all questions that we asked completely. Never did we feel pressure to make the purchase, or pick an option that we did not want. Tian was also very cooperative with the financing details and extended warranty information. He was also very polite and informative. We had purchased our first Honda Accord from Academy Honda in 1992, the service was good. I would say that the service has improved and that I would surely recommend Academy Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda and without a doubt I would recommend Joe Guzzo as the sales person to ask for. We just cannot say enough about how pleased we are with him and the way that he consulted us with the purchase. Thanks again Joe! More
