I will never again dread the day that I have to go into a car dealership. I did ALOT of research before I walked in the door and I really appreciated how honest, knowledgable and upfront Joe was. He was pleasant, patient and an overall pleasure to deal with. We negotiated what I believe was a great price for me and they gave me far more then what my trade in vehicle was worth. Terry Bhatia handled the final finance paperwork, he was very professional and stayed very calm while I could tell he was swamped with work. He was a calming figure while I had to workout some problems in my paperwork. When I left the parking lot, I had a very clean and well prepped car.
