We have purchased numerous cars, but this by far was the best experience to date. We walked into the Dealership and we were immediately greeted by a Sales Representative. From the moment we stepped foot into the dealership till we finally left with a car (2 weeks later) it was never only about a purchase of a new vehicle it was about making sure we have the car that we truly wanted. Our case was unique because it was the end of the month and we really wanted to get a car with better gas mileage. We traded in an SUV from 2007 and we got the best trade in value. I mean I went to every dealership and Paul said to us, just let me know what they give you and we will do what we can. Boy did they deliver, they not only gave us the best trade in value, but they gave us the best price and got us exactly the car we wanted. There were no questions when it came to the car/color we wanted. Paul and DCH Academy Honda actually didn't have it in stock, but Paul made it happen and actually went up to pick it up himself. Now tell me that is not great service huh? The guy is the truth, plain and simple. He is honest, loyal, caring and most importantly the right sales representative for all. The dealership is great, but in our eyes Paul was outstanding with his follow up and constantly making sure we got what we wanted. I can proudly say we enjoy our new 2013 Honda Accord Black on Black, the color we wanted all along. I have already told all my friends and family members looking for a car that they do not need to look any further than DCH Academy Honda and that they absolutely need to ask for Paul. I bought CR-V (EX) in Jan 2013. Power is really nice for a 4 cylinder car. Bluetooth works great with my iPhone, and steering wheel controls are fantastic. Jennifer Calderon, the internet sales consultant, was very helpful and friendly when it came to answering my questions about models and pricing. She also set me up with an appointment for a test drive. At the dealership I worked with sales consultant Joseph Yankunas. Joe was an easy going, no pressure type of salesman. In essence, he let me do the driving when it came to my level of interest, price range, etc. Joe was well-informed about the different Civic and Accord models and the lease options. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he made sure to ask someone who could provide accurate information. When I walked in to the dealership I already had my heart set on a black 2013 Accord Sport - Joe, Jen, and the team made sure I got that exact car at a very reasonable price. The car is amazing; the standard options alone (back-up camera, bluetooth, alloy rims) blow away the competition in the class. I definitely reccomend this dealership for a no-nonsense experience.
