I went to DCH Academy Honda to look at a lease on a 2013 Accord LX. I might be the only person writing a positive review for Paul, that did not actually make a deal or purchase a car. Paul really went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the numbers he presented, and even when I wasn't he continued to work with me and give a CLEAR explanation as to why we couldn't get to the numbers I wanted. I have bought several cars in my life, and I can tell when the sales person is just trying to make a few extra dollars or trying to be sincere and honest. Even after I left the dealership Paul followed up with me via email, and phone call. Offered his help and advice if needed while purchasing the vehicle else where (seriously who does that)! Since I bought my first car back in 1994, I’m coming to DCH Academy Honda. Andy Lau has helped me. He is nice, polite, knowledgeable, patience, honest and friendly. He's very helpful and is quite good at explaining any question you ask him.
