This my second time in DCH Academy Honda and both times Paul has helped me. He is nice, polite, knowledgable, honest and friendly. Mark was the Internet Sales man I have spoken to and he's kind and will give you a fair market value for your car. Tian and Lily are very good at dealing with the finances and will try their best to get you a great deal, so that you can maintain your car properly. My cars have also been serviced by their team and they are thorough and you will be comfortable to know that your car was serviced by some of the best mechanics around. It was completely opposite starting with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales person, no BS sales approach, painless negotiation (got the price lower than my local dealer w/o any hassle), very understanding management (car was processed in less than 2 hours from being on the lot to ready for me to drive away, dealing with my no so typical car payment method). If you are seriously looking to buy and want to walk away from the dealership with new vehicle same day than I recommend you give them a call. Essam (Sam) was incredible and very accommodating. Try them out you will not be disappointed. More

I had a great experience buying a car from DCH Academy Honda . Earlier I went to another dealer who did not live up to the price they promised me on the internet . Paul has a great sense of humor and I quite enjoyed working out a great deal with him .When all the paper work was done he was very patient enough to go over each and every detail of the car with me .
