Joseph provided a pleasant non stressful buying experience. I spoke with Nitin who finalized the deal. The sales people are straight forward with their prices and try to get me out of there as soon as possible with finance/check out process. To say that my experience leasing with DCH Academy Honda was a positive one would be an understatement. I subsequently submitted an internet inquiry and Mark Kamatoy got in touch with me. He was fully transparent with the information he provided, unlike other dealers I’ve dealt with who urge that you visit them in person before giving out any information whatsoever. I had a trade-in and just-below-top tier credit (695) and I kid you not, ALL of the numbers were basically communicated to me (including my trade-in value) before I even came into their showroom. Once I arrived, Mark introduced me to Robert Levine. Robert began by having my trade-in physically appraised (came out to the same figure that Mark said it would) and then we took a test drive. Robert may be the most knowledgeable car sales rep I’ve ever met. He was telling me things about the Accord that I would have never even thought to question! From the driver’s side mirror, to the intricacies of texting through the Accord, to the way the ECON button works, to how to change basically every setting in the car, I felt like he could have been a automotive teacher! When we got back to his desk, I saw at least a dozen, if not more, plaques celebrating his abilities and I wasn’t surprised. We discussed some figures, I spoke with Nitin who finalized the front end of the deal and Lily who finalized the back end of the deal. There was never any push to get anything I didn’t need or want and everything was explained to me clearly. Once the car was prepped and all the papers were signed, Robert went over everything with me again for clarity. Besides his knowledge of cars, I was really impressed with his people skills. He made sure that I knew when I drove off that if I had any questions even after our deal was done, that he would be happy to answer them. At the end of the day, I got into the showroom at 11:30 AM & and left, in my new car, at 3:30 PM. Might seem like a long time but when you consider that I had a trade-in appraised, a test drive, front-end negotiations, back-end negotiations and my new car prepped, 4 hours is actually not bad at all. I didn’t spend a dollar over what I initially intended to spend for a product that is worth so much more and an experience with DCH Honda that has warranted me to put Robert & Mark’s info into my phone as I fully intend to reach out to them for a new car when my lease expires in 3 years. We recently bought our Honda Accord 2013 EX-L w/Navi from DCH and the buying experience and process was really great. (Mr. Harshad Panchal), who was our sales rep, was very straightforward and smooth. He didn't try to push us in anyway, with the price, additional options and protection packages. We had recently (June 2012) bought a Honda Accord 2012 EX-L V6 also from Open Road Honda in Edison and compared to that experience, this was significantly better from a quality of service, lack of pushiness, and price perspective. Further, I prefer it, when the dealership and sales person is straight forward with their prices and try to get me out of there as soon as possible with the sale and actual finance/check out process - and this dealership did exactly that, which I was grateful for. I would definitely go back to them again for future purchases. More

He was was low pressure, and willing to physically review and travel to assorted inventory of CRV's to help me get th knowledgeable and patient one. Paul R. sold us the the '13 Accord, but would have been successful on stage as a comedian. Both individuals were honest and worked with us in a straightforward and efficient fashion. I have a Honda dealership in my hometown, but made the trek once more to Old Bridge to avoid their non-sense and actually enjoyed buying a car. DCH was able to reduce the overage on the miles and got us into a beautiful new Accord in about 2 hours. When this one is up, there is no question that we will return to DCH again.
