Prior to coming to DCH Academy diealership I did research and communicated with 3 other Honda dealerships in the area. By far the response from DCH was the most attentive and to the point with the questions and communicated with 3 other Honda dealerships in the area. By far the response from DCH was the most attentive and to the point with the questions I asked. Based on that I decided to come to DCH first. Robert Levine was the sales rep I got and he ended up providing me with exact service I was hoping to get. To the point, knowledgeable, offering to me what I was looking for rather than trying to seel what I didn't want. I got adequate advice and was able to negotiate an acceptable to me price for my trade in and the new CRV I leased. I never felt rushed or pressured. I previously owned Honda's and for the past 8 years went to a different dealership (Honda of Freehold). My recent experience there including buying this car has been disappointing mainly from customer service perspective. I will now give DCH a chance to have my service business as well. More
My initial interaction with this dealership was with Dave and my first impression was very positive. I submitted information online regarding my interest in a car that I saw listed at this dealership and rec and my first impression was very positive. I submitted information online regarding my interest in a car that I saw listed at this dealership and received a call back within 2 minutes of submitting the online form. Dave was friendly, confirmed that the car was still available and that we could set up an appt. whenever I'm available. Dave was out of the office on the day that I scheduled to come in. However, he arranged for me to work with Sammy in his absence. My experience with Sammy was phenomenal. He was accomadating and kind throughout the process. He was open to us test driving as many cars as neccesary for us to make up our minds. As a result I ended getting a car that I had initially considered. When it came time to negotiate the price of the car, it was more of a friendly, respectful conversation rather than a tense debate. The price of the car that I got was very fair (below Kelly Blue Book) and came loaded with features so I am thrilled to say the least. Because I got financed through a third party, I had to come back a few days later to pay for the car and sign the paperwork. Dimitry handled the paperwork process, and although he was friendly this was the first time in dealing with this dealership that I felt any type of pressure to buy anything - which in this case was the warranty. I negotiated and purchased a warranty however Dmitry had a hard time taking no for an answer when it came to adding Lo Jack to the car. I don't appreciate having to say no more than twice to the same question (regardless of if it's asked in a different way) so that was annoying. Overall, my experience with this dealership was positive. I would definitely recommend Sammy and Dave to my friends and family and will likely go back to them to purchase cars in the future - which says a lot since I live 75 miles away. More
Mr Rittberg was wonderful to work with. We had negotiated a fair price prior to my coming in. There was no run around (I.e. "I need to speak to my manager" ). I had first met with Gerry Bruno and Ruben Arcila for a used Honda Civic EX. Even though we couldn't agree on a price, they were incredibly respectful and helpful. It was that thought that I kept in mind a used Honda Civic EX. Even though we couldn't agree on a price, they were incredibly respectful and helpful. It was that thought that I kept in mind as I went to other dealerships. I went to all of the nearby Honda dealerships in the area and nothing came even remotely close to DCH Honda. I decided I wanted to buy a new Honda Civic instead and requested an internet quote. Megan Byrnes responded almost immediately. Not only did she respond with a quote, but she also answered a few of my questions through email ASAP. At the same time I sent in an internet quote request with DCH, I did so with other dealers. I either never got a response from some of the dealers or it took them days to get back. Megan responded to me twice in a matter of minutes. That sealed the deal for me and I drove to DCH. There, Megan paired me up with Sam. The guy is amazing. The process did take a few hours, as expected, but he was a stud all around. He was ultra knowledgeable about the car he showed me and was very patient and understanding. I got a great deal on the car but an even better experience at the dealership. Lily Li was also immensely helpful on talking about the financing. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Anyone I know in the market for a Honda is being recommended by me to go to DCH Academy. More

Usually, acquiring a new vehicle is borne out of some necessity of sorts, much like going to the dentist and usually, just as painful and anxiety-filled for the obvious reasons. However, my last 3 vehicles from DCH Honda and the last two with the same salesman, were, in relative terms, a very pleasant buying experience. It was 'hassle-free' and done very quickly. As a buyer, as most buyers probably, the feeling of being 'gouged' is the tantamount turn-off in the purchase of product. I will definitely return to this dealership at the expiration of my Nissan lease. More
