DCH Academy Honda provided a very pleasurable and hassle free experience on the purchase of my 2013 Honda Civic. I lost my 2000 Civic to Sandy and I was in desperate need of a vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by the very enthusiastic and helpful salesman Joe Guzzo. Joe had the keys available and led the way to this stunning vehicle, which I knew I wanted immediately. Joe was knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects regarding the purchase of my Civic. My car was ready for pickup with all the added accessories that I requested. He was very friendly, and thorough. He made sure that I understood everything, all the paperwork, exactly what I would be purchasing, as well as any questions I had. To top it off, he searched sister stores to locate my dream car in the dream color I wanted. Thanks to Essam I have finally been able to get the 2013 Honda Pilot, the car I have been dreaming about for the past 8 years. Got my 2nd Accord from Joe G. Very good team effort by these guys. Of all the many Accords in stock I wanted a combination they did not have on lot.
