While searching for my next vehicle, I was initially interested in a private-party sale, primarily to avoid the dealership markup. The main drawback in this purchase was the inability to have my personal mechanic look the vehicle over prior to purchase...knowing that all recalls & safety checks were performed made this easier. As it stands, we are very happy in our new car! More

I talked to him on phone & he helped me a lot with choosing the right car & price. He even send me the confirmation e mail with price quote & model of the car to avoid any confusion when I visited the dealership to buy the car. Mark was not available at the time,I setup my appointment to visit the dealership. But he provided all information to Joseph Guzzo. Joseph is one great guy. I had my little son with me. Joseph was very friendly with him too. He provided an excellent service & answered every question I had. I never had this kind of service experience at any other car dealership in NJ. When you ask for online quote from any dealership, they invite you to come to the store. But if I could go to the store then I don't need the online price quote. But DCH Academy Honda gave me online quote & provided the best service ever. Joseph Guzzo, Mark, Jennifer & all other staff I interacted with were great, professional, respectful & friendly. Awesome car buying experience. I have purchased 3 cars in the past year at 3 different dealerships for my kids, and this was by far the best.
