Great buying experience even though long distance. Trade price and vehicle purchase price all negotiated up front . Used vehicle was in condition as described on eBay . Only issue was wear on front tires a price and vehicle purchase price all negotiated up front . Used vehicle was in condition as described on eBay . Only issue was wear on front tires and missing tow hitch cover. Hoping the tires pass PA inspection. Finance department and dealer staff all very friendly and professional. I walked into the delaership at 2pm on a Wednesday, had agrrement on a price to lease a 2012 Odyssey EX-L Navi by 3pm, and was driving home in the car by 5:30pm. I knew the price I was looking for and I had my facts, but even so, the week prior I had been to a different local dealership just a few miles south and spent 3 hours on a Thursday evening haggling about the details of the lease since the dealership could not explain an extra $522 dollars in the fees, we agreed to disagree and I left. Their loss. I had no such problems at Academy. Essam and I compared numbers and were able to work out the details to get within $5 of one another in less than an hour. The car was in inventory and after prep and financing I was on my way home in time for dinner. Essam was polite, courteous, and professioonal. He knew the car features and functions. He was able to demo the navigation system and answer my questions before I needed to ask them. This was my second lease at Academy, and I plan to be back in October for a CR-V when my wife's care comes off lease. More
