Joe was extremely helpful from the minute we walked into the used car center. He walked us through every step from showing us a beautiful car to going through the credit application process and then through the used car center. I purchased a honda crv in 2007 from Andy Lao, and Andy was really Great! Joe was instrumental in my purchase and I cannot thank him enough for every thing. I also worked with John Nguyen who was a great guy and helped me with the car when I needed something with the car. Thanks John! Hussain Nawaz also helped me get the best warranty that was right for me. So far I sent at least 6 friends and family to dch. I bought my car from Tim and he was great all around. I got a nice test drive and inspection of the car and was in and out in about 3.5 hours. I was able to drive home with the car which was great. Awesome dealership. John gives the best prices and is as honest as could be. After having to deal with two other honda dealerships DCH was the best by far.
