We bought my beautiful Honda Accord within lets see finish to end 40 mins . They stayed overtime for processing with a big welcoming smile. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Though I recently decided to purchase a Hyundai Elantra (from another dealer) instead of a Honda Civic, I'd still like to post a review for DCH Academy Honda because of our excellent sales experience. Our salesman was Ryan Hoey and I heartily recommend both him and this dealership for their professionalism throughout the car-buying process. In fact, I'd like to take a step back to thank internet consultant Jennifer Calderon as well. I first contacted Academy Honda a few months back for an online quote on a 2012 Civic. She provided a prompt and straightforward quote from her for the car. In addition, I expressed to her my desire to NOT be contacted until the summer months (since this was just preliminary research on my part back around March/April); in fact, I told her I would be in touch when I was ready to pursue a test drive. And thankfully she honored my request without the requisite follow-up e-mails or phone calls that other dealers often will do. On the day of our test drive, we had Ryan Hoey show us the Civic's features and then he accompanied us on our test drive. Ryan is courteous, informative, and a pleasure to work with. I specifically asked for him because in 2011 we were shopping for a minivan and he helped us look at the Odyssey (though we decided on a Toyota Sienna). So although in both instances we chose a vehicle other than a Honda, I can assure you that I heartily recommend Ryan Hoey as well as the Academy Honda dealership. I bought my 2001 Accord (which I traded in for my new Hyundai Elantra) at Academy Honda and I will always consider this dealership in the future as I shop for cars because they are very honest and up-front. None of the games you get from many other dealers. They make the entire car-buying process comfortable for the prospective buyer; you don't feel like someone's trying to hoodwink you nor do you need a shower after a visit to the Academy Honda showroom. And lastly, I should mention that their prices are excellent...so that's yet another reason to consider shoppping there. Sorry we couldn't do business this time (on last year's Sienna purchase or this year's Elantra purchase), but your excellent sales experience just may earn my business NEXT time. And it certainly inspired me to write this review on your behalf. Because you deserve the unbiased, favorable words. More
