I was very exited to get my first car. I contacted a sales guy online and made an appointment the next. He sent me list of all the costs involved. I started contact with DCH over the internet and they responded promptly and with an "How can I help you" attitude. They basically were agreeable to what I wanted-up to a point. I promised myself to go to three different dealers and DCH came out on top. When I got to the dealership everything that was discussed either on the internet or by phone was there waiting for me. There was no back and forth haggling if I asked for an additional item the answer was always "let me see what I can do". I told them that I was giving my current van to my son and would need a ride from my home to DCH to pick up the new car. Mr. Beshay said no problem you tell us when you can come and we will pick you up. When I did come in all the paperwork was ready for me and a tutorial about the new car was given to me by the salesman and then by the finance manager. At no time was there any change about what we had agreed on and when I went out to see the new car everything was there as requested. I had a very good experience at DCH and would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone of my friends. More

As my lease was coming to a close, I decided to go to DCH and find out what kind of options were available to me for leasing a new Accord. Sam Beshay was so helpful and explained all the options available to me. Based on that information and a great leasing deal, I decided then and there to turn in my 2010 Accord for a new 2012. The entire leasing transaction -- from walking in the door to driving away in my new 2012 Accord -- took less than two hours!! What an easy and pleasurable way to do business.
