My salesperson was very helpful and nice. He welcomed us, accomodated us and worked in a timely fashion. We went to several dealerships before this one and did not have a good experience. The sales representative was great, the service department was friendly but I am disappointed that this is the only Honda dealer that does not offer the free oil change or the 0% finance that all t department was friendly but I am disappointed that this is the only Honda dealer that does not offer the free oil change or the 0% finance that all the other dealers offer. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from DCH. My first experience was in 2005 when I bought a new Odyssey. That was a good experience. This time I was looking for a certified pre-owned Civic EX for first experience was in 2005 when I bought a new Odyssey. That was a good experience. This time I was looking for a certified pre-owned Civic EX for my son. We had scanned the DCH website and found a Civic EX-L that we liked and then stopped in to look at it. Ed Moy worked with us and was very professional. Unfortunately, there was a deposit on the Civic which was priced as a manager's special so we were a little disappointed. However, Ed checked for other cars and found another that we didn't see on the web and it was a year newer and had 19K less miles on it and was only $500 more. It was also a newly added manager's special. The car condition of the car was like new and we took it out for a test drive. My son fell in love with it immediately and it was definitely a great price based on my research on the web. Ed was also able to get me a fair trade-in deal on my son's old Maxima so he saved me from the hassle of selling it on my own. Couldn't be happier with the way everything went. Very pleasant experience buying from Ed. He really made sure all of our needs and questions were answered. There was no pressure to buy and everything was explained in detail. The price quoted is what I paid, no hidden extras or last minute surprises. You can be certain that if you buy a certified pre-owned vehicle from DCH, it will be a great vehicle. I would very much recommend DCH and Ed Moy. More

I appreciated his direct eye contact and the clarity with which he explained everything. He never once rushed through any of the components of the process. Also, when we spoke, he listened. I'm very impressed with his demeanor, and I must add that his sense of humor made the whole experience enjoyable. I never thought I'd feel that way about going to a car dealership. The level of comfort and confidence that he provided was very quickly apparent, and I will definitely tell everyone I know that they can count on that when they visit Paul. Dmitry Rybakov took the mystery out of "going down the hall to finance." Usually, I'm quite overwhelmed by such matters, but he made it go so smoothly. Like Paul, he did not rush through any of the components of the process. He really wanted me to know what everything meant, and I really appreciate that. Being a customer is sometimes difficult these days, with everyone in such a rush, and sometimes you have no choice but to put up with it. I'm glad to see that the people at Academy Honda have a different philosophy, and I want everyone to know about it. I'm not just saying these things to write a review. Actually, I never write reviews because, being self-employed, I just don't have the time. Here, I feel that I should give credit where credit is due.
