I appreciated his direct eye contact and the clarity with which he explained everything. He never once rushed through any of the components of the process. Also, when we spoke, he listened. I'm very impressed with his demeanor, and I must add that his sense of humor made the whole experience enjoyable. I never thought I'd feel that way about going to a car dealership. The level of comfort and confidence that he provided was very quickly apparent, and I will definitely tell everyone I know that they can count on that when they visit Paul. Dmitry Rybakov took the mystery out of "going down the hall to finance." Usually, I'm quite overwhelmed by such matters, but he made it go so smoothly. Like Paul, he did not rush through any of the components of the process. He really wanted me to know what everything meant, and I really appreciate that. Being a customer is sometimes difficult these days, with everyone in such a rush, and sometimes you have no choice but to put up with it. I'm glad to see that the people at Academy Honda have a different philosophy, and I want everyone to know about it. I'm not just saying these things to write a review. He took the time to explain the myriad of trim levels, features, and differences between the Accords. There was no pressure during the buying process. Thankfully, Sam was able to secure the color combination I wanted despite the limited available inventory at the time of purchase. My family and I were able to walk-in and drive-out with a new Accord within a couple of hours, at closing time on a Friday night no less.
