I have a long-term relationship with another Honda dealer in the DCH group so I was not sure how this experience would go. The car was priced fairly, we negotiated my trade fairly and they freely offered th in the DCH group so I was not sure how this experience would go. My experience was good and the entire process from first seeing the car to driving it home took less than 3 hours which is excellent. They owed me a few minor things - but important to me - they remembered and honored it and I was out the door in minutes. Overall a great and friendly experience. My salesman David Mazurek was very good and the dealership worked with me to make it a pleasant buying experience. Anyone shopping for a car at any dealer should always do their own research so they know when the deal is right. I would highly recommend DCH Academy Honda based on my personal experience. David is an awesome salesman and made it happen for me - Thanks again - I love the car!!! More

From the first time that I went into the dealership and gave him my infomation he had excellent follow up. When I came in to pick up the car he said it would be approximately 2 hours to go over the car and the paperwork, which I thought that he was kidding. It took awhile to go over everthing but I was glad that he did because even tough I already had owned a 2009 Honda Accord the features on the 2012 Accord had changed. He was extremely knowledgable on all of the features and explained them in great detail. It was nice to see that someone took pride in what he was doing and wanted to make sure his customer was completely informed and satisfied before they left with there new car. I would highly recommend Paul and DCH Academy Honda to anyone that I know is looking for a new car. More

I have dealt with different Honda dealerships over the years. DCH Academy Honda is by far the best Honda dealership that I have purchased from. A little over a year and a half ago I worked out a deal with Nitin Bassi for a CR-V. The transaction went very smoothly and the process was not "high" pressure. Just recently it was time for 2 new Honda vehicles. I did not hesitate to go back to DCH Academy Honda and work with Nitin Bassi again. This time I was interested in a Honda Pilot and Accord to replace my CR-V and an older Accord. Nitin was very accommodating, polite, not "in your face". He gave me all of his attention and was very knowledgeable. When it came time to numbers, there weren't any games being played. Once I finished up the paperwork with Nitin it was on to Hussain Nawaz the Finance Manager. Hussain too was polite and gave me plenty of time to review all the paperwork before signing. Even when it came time to go over the optional dealer items, I had no pressure to opt-in for them. In a matter of hours, I was in 2 new vehicles. I highly recommend Nitin, Hussain and the DCH Academy Honda dealership. More

Glad I stopped by DCH - initially was looking for a 2012 Civic Si sedan with nav. Spoke to Erich who took my information down and the colors I wanted, he did not think they would have any in soon that wasn Civic Si sedan with nav. A week later, an Si sedan in the right color was available, Erich gave me a call, went over, got a very reasonable trade-in on my 2009 Honda Fit, and drove away with the Si the same evening! Soon after, I started looking for a winter vehicle, was considering a used Honda Element or CR-V. Erich found me a CPO CR-V at a price I wanted, but convinced me it would be better to look at the new CR-V which he felt is a better value. Took me on a good test drive Saturday so I had a good feel, and told me to think it over the weekend. Went back Monday, and picked up a brand new 2011 CR-V SE at a great lease price. Lily took care of my financing for the Si (great Honda rates, wasn't worthwhile to pay it outright), and Dmitry took care of the lease for the CR-V. They do have to sell/introduce you to the extra offerings like extended warranties, tire protection, and service plans the dealership offers, but you can decline those if you aren't interested in them. Erich does know his cars better than the average salesperson I've met, and takes care of his customers well. Talk to him and visit DCH Academy if you're looking for a new Honda, its worth the trip over. More

I have been visiting to lot of dealers in and around new york and jersey city. I can guarantee that DCH is best. Everyone who looks for a car is not a genius on the car search. DCH is not such a place. They are friendly and co operative. On my experience I was in a confusion of Accord or Honda. They helped me to compare and contrast. Definitely you can compare in lot of online websites, Still i like to compare them on vision. They pulled over a Accord and a CRV and parked them next to each other. This really helped me to make a quick decision. I can guarantee that no new york city dealer will do this. They are open to price negotiation(Its really tough with new york city dealers). And they work really fast. I was facing some delays on the loan with my credit union, DCH jumped in and helped me to find another loan with same rate. They got my Loan approved around 11:00AM and i got the car the same day 9:00PM. So fast. Over All my experience with DCH is really really good. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. More
