Vipin was a great salesman! I didn't feel pressured at all and the whole team really bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. The staff was honest, listened to what I wanted, didn't try to " all and the whole team really bent over backwards to make me happy with my purchase. The staff was honest, listened to what I wanted, didn't try to "bait & switch" me with another car while negotiating and closed the deal quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Academy Honda for both new & used car purchases!!! More

I went to this dealer to buy a used Acura MDX. I was wary about buying an Acura from a Honda dealer but I decided to give a try. The Car was good and the test ride was also nice. However when it came to nego about buying an Acura from a Honda dealer but I decided to give a try. The Car was good and the test ride was also nice. However when it came to negotiating the price my experience was horrible. When I called up the sales guy to tell I am putting an offer he was agitated even before knowing my offer. He was like "This car is on Sale, what do you mean putting an offer?" Well this car was priced at 42K for 2010 Acura MDX tech package with 6K miles in it. I can get a new 2011 Acura with same features for 44K. Does he think I am an idiot to pay 42K? Anyway the call did not go well and he was not very friendly. He did not even bother negotiating and I decided to give it a pass. Overall a bad experience so beware when buying a used vehicle from this dealership. More

I had not problems dealing with them what so ever and Michael Serra was extremely helpful and getting Academy gave me all possible discount upfront. I went to DCH Academy Honda based on dealer rater reviews. I was skeptical at first since buying a car is a pretty significant purchase and car sales people have a bad stigma as it is.
