I was looking for a used car to replace my 2001 Chrysler Sebring which already had 153,000 miles. When I first walked in to the office, I was greated with a smile by Ed Moy. We looked at a few different options and the thing the I really appreciated the most is that he was not pushy and really looked out for my main interest which was a very low monthly payment and no money down if possible. Being that I am very indecisive and didnt know what car I wanted but at the same time very picky, I would consider myself the nightmare customer, but Ed was very patient and always had an idea everytime I didnt like the car or the payment plan the bank offered. You see, banks today as per Ed, are not too open to allow to finance a car if older than 2005 or if it has more than 80,000 miles. Otherwise, the interest rate will be through the roof. So after 3 days and I believe 4 to 5 cars I have test driven, I finally closed in on a vehicle which was a 2006 Ford Taurus with 52,000 miles. Again, this was Eds idea and was not a car I would have ever imagined of even considering, let alone purchase it. Eds laid back style made it easy for me to make the decision. Everything I asked for was provided with no hassle. Car fax etc.. dealer ratings, car pricing comparisons and more. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this dealership and especially Edward Moy. More
David was great from the second I walked into DCH. Found the car of my dreams for me and it sounded too good to be true. He had no problem letting my regular mechanic check out the truck to make sure it wa the car of my dreams for me and it sounded too good to be true. David was kind enough to meet me at my mechanic with the truck so I did not have to waste time going to the dealer first. My mechanic stated the car was FLAWLESS, just the rear window was not working. Told David and they actually fixed the window on the spot and said they would replace the motor anyways just to make sure it wouldn't happen again. The motor was ready and installed within a few days. Motor install took less then 2 hours and instead of having me wait, David drove me to my job so I would not miss any work. I was able to get my registration same day as well which was very convenient. Highly rated customer service and best car I have ever owned. I have never seen a cleaner used car. They really know how to take care of the vehicles over there. They even washed the car minutes before I took it off the lot. More

After comparing pricing and availabi raters No. 1 Honda Dealer in 2010. I started my search for a brand new Civic LX online with 8 dealerships. After comparing pricing and availability as well as ratings, I chose to correspond with DCH Academy and another dealer. With the 2 dealerships competing for my business, one was up front with their pricing, including all fees and one gave me the same old song and dance to try to lure me into the dealership and switch me off with a 2012 (which I wasn't interested in as Honda was offering incentives on the 2011's). Well you don't have to figure too hard which dealership I chose. DCH Academy was upfront with me the whole process. I dealt with Stephanie via several email correspondences. After I waited a week to buy, the LX had sold out and she was honest and up front and let me know that they were sold out before I came to the dealership. She gave me prices, colors and availability for the model down (DX-VP) and up (LX-S). When I got there, I was interested in the LX-S, which I test drove with Paul. Paul knew literally knew the car inside and out and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The dealership was amazing with their pricing. To be fair, I was buying a 2011 right after the 2012 redesign model was released, so I didn't negotiate. I was happy with the price based upon my research. Nicest thing about the experience was that all the numbers were given to me before I walked into the dealer and I didn't have to pull out the email and say "But you quoted me xyz..". I was offered (read, not pushed) the etch insurance which I ended up taking. It was $300 and adds some additional coverage if my car is ever stolen (which is likely considering it's a Civic!). When I bought my last Civic, (in 2000 from a different dealer) when it was all over, I was rushed out to the front and had to find my new car which had a tag on it with my name misspelled! Not here, after all the paper is signed and they keys are handed over, Paul made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new car right to the very moment I drove off. I plan to buy another car (Honda or Acura) in the next year, and I won't hesitate to go to DCH Academy if I choose another Honda. More

I have purchased many cars, vans, and trucks over the years and this purchase stands out as one of the most pleasant that I have had. Vipin was easy to deal with and very personable. I was an internet purchaser and the condition of the vehicle and the deal we agreed on over the phone was the same as when I arrived, no surprises. I would highly recommend Vipin to anyone looking for a used car. Also the finance person Freddie was very good, friendly and helpful. He tried to get me to purchase an additional warranty. He presented all the information about what I was getting at no charge and how I can enhance it with additional coverage. He was very good at selling but not pressuring me. I did not purchase the additional warranty because of budget reasons not because of the salesmanship or product. Although your dealership is almost 100 miles from my house I will still check to see what you have to offer when looking for my next purchase. thanks, Bob Elliott More

My wife walked in with 2 kids to purchase a new Odyssey. A price was quoted. She then resubmitted online (I guess anonymously?) and the price was $1500 lower! YUCK. They called us based on the online quote and after explaining our situation (that we were in already) to them, we were told us to "not to worry, come in and they would make a deal", we got up early on Sat., got the kids dressed etc, drove 30 minutes, came prepared with trade-in title etc. We were not in the place more than 15 minutes and we were told there would be NO haggling, the online quote was IT. As far as what the guy told me on the phone, I guess that was just to get me to come in. The gentlemen we worked with Mr. Leong was a poor salesman. I said all of about 20 words to him. With every question I asked, he had to go to some "suit" to get the answer. We were probably $1000-1500 off what we thought would have been a fair price on a $43K vehicle (after you add all the other fees). They didn't want to hear it! We were willing to pay cash, we were willing to take a car off their lot that was not our first choice. After *15 minutes* they told us goodbye!! We bought our original Odyssey (the one we were trading in) from them. We religiously took the car for service. My mom bought from them also. They didn't care! They watched us walk out as if we were really not going to buy (tire kickers?) We went to Open Road (Edison) and drove home a new car (the color we originally wanted) a few hours later! THEY will haggle! I believe I stuck to the facts, I do not wish DCH harm, only perhaps they will improve their service. I never would have gone there if, on the phone, the guy told me, that quote was the "bottomline" price. UNCONSCIONABLE! More

If we are to return for another Honda in future we would use Sam again. He was wonderful with everything.The whole process was very quick which was great for us. DCH is overall a wonderful dealership. This is why we returned. We would recommend DCH to anyone looking to buy/lease a Honda. I can not thank them enough. I love my new vehicle!! More
