I do apologize for the experience and the perception that you had of our store but the purpose of this contact is to offer any personal assistance that you might need. My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I believe that you had been working with one of the Internet Sales Consultants and his manager. I tend to spend some time researching what actually occurred and ultimately assure that our customer satisfaction is always met. From my understanding, I believe there was a trade involved that prevented us from making this transaction. I also believe that you were interested in vehicle that due to inventory shortages-- make it difficult to be more aggressive on the price. We research our competitors and we do want to make every deal, but when dealers don't know what they have coming in for the next 2 months- It puts everyone in a tough position. I sincerely apologize for that, but most importantly seeing your review and the scoring you gave--- hurts our real experience and honestly not a clear reflection of how we do business here especially considering you have purchased 2 vehicles and service with us religiously as you stated. My bigger concern is that fact that you believe that we do not appreciate your repeat business. I wish I was present or at least the manager that had more of an opportunity to get involved in your particular transaction but remember--- we don't wear "Suits" here--- my position as a manager is to assist every customer to the best of our abilities. Our online quote is our best price and it is meant to be hassle free. We give the best # upfront and most of our customers appreciate the manner in which we do business. I'm not here to burn a bridge but to emphasize upfront pricing--- if I could do another 200 dollars off --- we would have quoted that to you and anyone else. In the beginning of your review you complain that your wife got a higher number initially and then a lower number through our internet department, you then go on to state that you did not like the fact that we would not haggle. but we are here to work with you, not against you. If you were looking to haggle, then the internet was not the way, our Internet Pricing is meant to be quick and easy. The haggle free solution to buying a car. The #1 reason most individuals hate buying a new car is due to the back and forth that customers face while purchasing a new car, which we opt to eliminate from our process. By the looks of it- you have already purchased. Most importantly if there is anything I can do on a personal level- Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
