On behalf of DCH Academy Honda- I would like to apologize for your initial perception of our Dealership. This dealership prides itself on customer service. The concept of bait and switch is 100% unethical in the way we conduct our business practices. During the period that you visited our store, there had been a good amount of talk preparing dealers for a possible car and parts shortage to hit the U.S. market. While we did honor our deal upon your visit, our dealership actually informed you to possible changes in prices (due to market conditions) prior to your return. By no means was this a closing tactic or a last dished effort to valid your committment to the offer we had quoted.
