I bought a car in 2004 from Paul when I had no clue what I was doing. My car just broke down and needed one ASAP for work. Paul made it a great experience and though I was leery of car salesman and wanted an Acura, I felt very comfortable. Over five years, we continue to recommend Paul to anyone who is looking to buy a car or Honda. Yesterday, my family was buying a car and we had a horrible experience at Open Road Honda in Edison. It was horrendous. They backed out of the signed contract and just treated us like we were just another person. I was not there but my family was upset. I immediately called Paul when I heard this and he stepped up to the plate like a true professional. He kept me on the phone for a half an hour while we went over some numbers and if he would be able to assist us. Within the next three hours, we were driving home in a new car with no hassles and a reassured feeling with the car.
