If I have to describe my car buying experience at DCH in two words, I would simply say "Amazing", "Excellent". This is my first car in this country and Me and my wife have been car shopping for close to two words, I would simply say "Amazing", "Excellent". This is my first car in this country and Me and my wife have been car shopping for close to 1 month (leave aside the 3 months spent on researching). Because I am new to the country, all the dealers simply tried to take advantage of my situation. I told the other dealers that I have a stable and good income job so why so much hassle. These other dealer simply wanted to cow maximum profits from me and made me feel miserable. They ran my credit, asked for a co-signer, lots of documents, and still no car. This added to lot of mental agony and stress. I had lost hope. We were on our way to a Honda showroom and thought of dropping by to check out the new Toyota Camry. Then we met Edward who was very very helpful at DCH. I can clearly say that it was the beginning of happy journey. He explained us our options and also led us to Lisa who was the finance manager working with us. He was not at all pushy, was straight forward, and was willing to work with us. We told her our monthly budget and the amount that we intend on putting down. She worked magic and trust me, we bought our car in less than 1 hour, which to me is a big surprise. She explained to me that if you do not have Tier 1 credit (how can I have it if I am new to the country), it is not a problem. After working with her options, she told me that there will be a minimal increase in the per month payments (to be precise $5) if I am not Tier 1. If I compare this to other dealers, they jack up the price by more than a minimum of $50, and then would make you feel miserable. She understood our situation and was willing to work with us. We got approved and could drive our first car. And it was Toyota Camry XLE. With our experience at DCH and primarily with Lisa and Edward, I think I will stick to any car dealership that they work with for my next car. More

I went home, looked up a fair price from Edmunds and TrueCar.com. I went back Saturday afternoon and they matched TrueCar.com's price which was the lower of the 2. They also gave me a killer deal on the 8 year warranty. In short, this was a low pressure transaction and I think I got a great deal. More

The financing aspect of the purchase was fully and thoroughly explained by Russell Hill. He made a normally tense process a more relaxing experience. She gave me the FULL work up on my options and allowed me to compare everything. Believe me it was not a come and go meeting, I was there for some time and at the end I felt well informed and confident that I received the information I was after...and them some! Throughout the process, I e-mailed her several times, all of which were answered with comprehensive information. My vehicle was waiting for me a few days later and Ray Medina took over from where Lisa left off. He processed my paperwork, answered residual questions, presented additional options and explained remaining procedures, all with a smile. I even received a follow up call the next day from Ray to ask how things were going! Now that's service! I am pleased to have had a second opportunity to be welcomed into the Toyota family!
