Horrible dealership. Many salesman, no customers. They have no good relationships with banks. They can't work numbers at all. Everyone has a different story and they never call back. I've owned over 8 cars and this was the worst experience I've ever had - worse than giving birth. Stay away from Lou (the 3-day old manager)and Abraham who probably thinks he is working at a Starbucks instead of a dealership. George tried his best, but with all the other millions of zombies around him he didn't stand a chance. As far as the store manager, Sean Timmons - he doesn't return phone calls and does nothing - how the xxxx did he get to be a manager. They are a joke and completely incapable of making a sale. This is why people should really get an education or you'll be stuck in a world of working idiots. If it wasn't for Toyota being a decent product, these guys would be drug dealers on the streets of Plainfield, NJ. If you want a great salesman see Barry at Saturn (nothing to do with the DCH Group - even if you know Shau-wai Lam (CEO)). Barry is located on Route 22, in Greenbrook, NJ - I was there for the most two hours, treated wonderfully, I'm in a brand new SUV, instead of some used piece of junk, no money down, rebate offers, and has every bell and whislte on this SUV. Barry in fact called me this morning, stating he found another rebate, which will lower my payment even more. I warn everyone stay away from DCH Toyota in North Brunswick - expecially in today's economy - you don't need a bunch of inexperienced, non-caring, typical salesmen frustrating you. More

After purchasing 2 cars from this dealer in the past I figured I'll see what they wwould offer me before I went to Nissan. Once we were about to leave the dealer I realized they had logged the incorrect mileage on the car. We had to return and it took another 1/2 hour to print out all the paperwork again. Once we got home we realized the car wasn't 4wd. Two hours later we were back at the dealer right before closing returning the car and picking up my lease. They could have cared less and were not in the least bit sorry even though Phil had admitted to the mistake. They promised to call us the next day and "work something out". We had also realized they had never returned our registration. No one called and when we made the attempt to call Anthony Izzo asked my husband "what do you want?" My husband reminded him that he was supposed to call us back and he stated "that was a deal of a lifetime you should have taken it." And that was that. Whats upsets me the most is now I have to run my credit again elsewhere. Disgusting staff. I have already notified Toyota regarding the experience. Never again will I buy Toyota b/c of DCH Toyota. The iveall experience was fine. However, i did not like t he saleperson switch towards the end of my sale. I thought of it as rude and pushed to the side. They are not prompt on all off the services. If we call for any issues, every time they say we will give you a call soon but they never respond and screwed my credit history. Before I start, I think this part of the review is restrictive and time-consuming. I feel like I am in school. I could buy a car anywhere; but this was a good experience. My granddaughter was a customer here and I was not sorry that I made the decision to come here, as well. PS: I love the car. This is not the first time that I have bought a new car, but it was the most pleasant. The employees were very helpful & respected our needs. They did not have the exact car that we wanted, but went out of but it was the most pleasant. The employees were very helpful & respected our needs. In the end, we compromised (slightly) from our original goal but are very satisfied with the car that we agreed on. This dealership is partnered with the SATURN dealership that we had a previous car from and we would have no problem buying our next car from here also. Thanks again. More
