I had been looking at car manufacturers' models since May 2011, and was trying to replace a Toyota Camry wagon I'd driven since 1996. Was pricing out new cars in the beginning and had narrowed the list to H 2011, and was trying to replace a Toyota Camry wagon I'd driven since 1996. Was pricing out new cars in the beginning and had narrowed the list to Honda, Subaru, and Toyota. Wasn't pleased with the Honda's interior; not to my liking and obstructed my view of the road to the rear. I had originally eliminated Toyota due to the apparent size and price of the RAV4 and the Venza. So I spent a few days of concentrated effort searching for a Subaru Outback in the area. It became apparent that I needed to look at used cars. I visited numerous dealers and was frustrated with salespeople showing me cars that didn't have the features, mileage, or quality that I desired, not to mention surprise CarFax reports. I was ready to stop looking and give up. Driving home with my sister we passed a Toyota dealer. "Why not try this Toyota dealer we're passing?" she asked. "Drive something and if you don't like these cars, then give up for now." So I turned into the dealer's lot and met Rafal. Within 20 minutes Rafal showed me 3 used RAV4 models with good accessories and mileage. But the last one in the row had the color, the moon roof, the mileage, and the price closer to what I could spend. He jokingly convinced me to test drive it, and all 3 of us had one funny test drive around the dealership area. Rafal has a great sense of humor, and kept the otherwise exasperating ordeal of car shopping enjoyable. And, by the way, I'm at least 40 years older than he is. He is composed and comfortable with people; he knows when to be light-hearted and when to be strictly factual. He's gone out of his way to please this customer, and it's appreciated. More

Raymond explained the entire veh to me and went through all the details and functions of the veh and all the important information of the veh . I was well satisfied by the way the personell at DCH Brunswick handled themselves and they all went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the offer and that i understood all the details.They showed great professionalism and were very curtious. Originally, me and my father had entered into the store only to price vehicles. We had visited Honda and also Hyundai, and neither of them looked like they wanted to sell cars. Then, we came to Toyota, and Mr.Medina was very helpful answering all my questions. Then he proposed leasing the vehicle instead of looking to buy it. Previous dealers had embedded it in my mind that you had to have a large down payment in order to lease, however Mr.Medina advised us otherwise. He was very helpful. Once he started consulting with Mr.Carter who was also very helpful everything fell into place perfectly. They showed very much enthusiasm about selling a car and that's what made me happy. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car, and i am confident that when my lease is up in 2014 i will be returning to Toyota to receive another vehicle. More
I started with Edmunds.com and got a quote immediately from DCH Brunswick Toyota. They had the best prices from all the Internet quotes that I received from different car dealerships. Me and my wife first went there to do a test drive and I was greeted by Ray and offered immediately to help me out and find the Internet salesperson. I was referred back to Ray to do the test drive and explain the functionality of the vehicle. Eventhough I already knew what the model included through internet research (Toyota Sienna XLE), he went through them one by one. Of course, they tried to see if I was willing to buy that day but I told them just a test drive and they respected that. After reviewing Honda Odyssey, we went back a week later and went straight to Ray. We went over the Internet price and we negotiated with Ray and Alan a very good final price. Alan also worked his magic to make sure I get the price that I wanted. There was no hassle, no pressure, no going back and forth. They worked on the price that we wanted and it only took them a few minutes and they agreed. The rest was just signing the necessary documents and we were out of there in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend that you go to this dealership if you are planning to buy a vehicle. I cannot say enough the great service and attention that Ray and Alan gave me and my wife. We also had our 2 kids in the dealership and they had a small play area that entertained them the few hours that we were there. More

I liked that feeling of not having the "pressure" that typical dealerships evoke. I suppose it's because the cars speak for themselves so there is no need for the sales team to "razzle dazzle" their potential customers. The whole process in the car purchase was very smooth even when we had some car insurance issues. They were right there to advise us on how to proceed. I would definitely suggest all my friends/family to visit them if ever they needed a new car. Those are the best adjectives I could use for this group: straightforward and informative.
