The wait for a regular maintenance visit was far too long at almost 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was fine and the report was comprehensive and easy to understand. The current waiting area is not very comfort at almost 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was fine and the report was comprehensive and easy to understand. The current waiting area is not very comfortable, lacks TV's and is hampered by employees walking back and forth. When the new wait area is completed hopefully there will be a big improvement. More
