This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More

DCH Brunswick has the worst service department of any dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. Paul was great, though the situation did get m dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. Paul was great, though the situation did get me heated about them putting a zip tie to fix my mudflap without my knowledge, he knows how to make it right. I will be taking my vehicle to another toyota dealership for its service from now on. More
