We didn't know we have mold issue in the cargo space of our Sienna. The part that was needed wasn't available so they did remove the part and cleaned the area. We were informed the car was ready. Today, my our Sienna. The part that was needed wasn't available so they did remove the part and cleaned the area. We were informed the car was ready. Today, my wife found out the cargo space is still wet. This may lead into further issue when it was supposed to be addressed. Also, we were supposed to leave the car but the service center wasn't able to provide us with a service loaner. We're informed that they only have 7 service loaners and all of them were in use. This is very inconvenient for anyone. More
