A-OKAY I recently decided to purchase another car so after weeks of browsing for used vehicles, I chose this dealership. They had a good selection and everyone there was friendly. I was dissatisfied with my saleswoman. There were many red flags as to her knowledge of cars and engines, which I'm ok with being a motor head. After trying to convince me you can just cut the brake pads when replacing them, I knew I was done dealing with her. A person dealing with cars as a career should have common sense on knowing you never cut brake pads on any car. Although she was nice at first, when it came to negotiating she became unprofessional. I was offering cash but she demanded asking price and gave me no other option. She then basically kicked me out, saying this car wasn't for me and walked away. All within what felt like 30 seconds. More
