Great dealership - Bharat & Michelle were aw I was purchasing my first new car and had grown increasingly frustrated and disillusioned with several local Toyota dealerships that I had interacted I was purchasing my first new car and had grown increasingly frustrated and disillusioned with several local Toyota dealerships that I had interacted with for the previous two weeks. I had been dished many lies/deceptions/half-truths, in addition to being heavily pressured to finance when I wanted to pay cash. Based on a friend's recommendation, I reached out to DCH Freehold for out-the-door pricing for a Toyota Sienna. I was provided a great price by Michelle Weber, who provided a detailed price quote where she outlined all of the fees and discounts for my vehicle. I went that evening to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Bharat Shah was exceptionally helpful and answered all of our questions. We did a quick test drive and as we were waiting for the paperwork to go through, Bharat showed us some of the additional features and synced my cell phone to the Bluetooth system in the car. There were no surprises regarding pricing and we didn't need to haggle/negotiate at all because pricing had been previously established via email. I picked up the vehicle a couple days later and was once again Bharat was exceptionally helpful and answered all of questions. All in all, we were extremely impressed with the level of courtesy, professionalism, respect and truthfulness that was provided to us with everyone we came into contact with at DCH Freehold, in particular, with Michelle Weber, Bharat Shah and Paul Leahy. She answered all my queries and multiple requests to get the quotes for purchase and for Lease. Michelle gets the quote and sticks to it when we purchase the vehicle as she gets approved from their seniors on the pricing unlike other dealerships where they do not honor the internet quotes. Michelle gives an excellent customer service not only before the purchase but after the purchase as well. If anybody wants to buy a car, we need to start with Michelle. I also worked with Joe to assess my trade-in and to fine tune the remaining details He was good before the purchase but once the purchase is done, he never answered any phone calls to his desk or cell phone. My case was handed over to Mat Morano bc the first fellow went on vacation. Mat took over not only the customer service part, but he saw the job through to the end - and had his workers on the case together with insurance reps and calls, over a span of a week - never tiring from doing his job right. Each time he called me - or I called him - for an update (I called frequently throughout the long week) he was the same kind, the same patient, the same helpful, and the same proactive to contact people and oversee the case as if it were his own car. I told all my friends and relatives about the amazing experience I had at this place with Mat Morano , and how he literally provided the BEST CARE AND ATTENTION TO THE CAR'S ISSUES AND TO THE CUSTOMER - so much so - that he made my week without my car as pleasant as he can, keeping me updated, giving me a loaner car, taking the time and the patience to contact and oversee all insurance parties, all parts and labor and all evaluations - I got my car back a week later - fixed, clean and a pleasure to pick it up and drop it off (he stayed late while I was rushing to get there from NY bc I won't go to any other place - not even in NY - only here). We gave a 4 on Price since at the end, the dealership tried to push maitenance contract to us. We eventually cancelled it. No harm done. More
