Jerry always greets me with a smile and asks me about my family. He is friendly and professional, and he makes sure that I understand what work needs to be performed and why, and what maintenance issues may need to be addressed in the future. Most importantly, Jerry is completely trustworthy. He is a man of integrity and principle, and I trust him. My college-age daughter knows to ask for Jerry when she brings her Camry in for service, as does my ex-wife when she brings in her RAV4. I have had a uniformly positive experience with the service department of DCH Freehold Toyota Scion in general, and with Jerry Rechtman and Beth in particular, and I am likely to buy a Toyota again whenever it comes time for me to purchase a new car so that I may continue to have my car serviced at this specific dealership. There was a "sale price" in the window that was lower than the internet prices. Eric K came out and helped us pretty quickly. He even got us a better rate on the loan than we had gotten from our Credit Union. Peter the finance manager helped us after, and was very friendly. They were very nice guys and my dad was very happy. All in all a very good experience. More
