I feel that's excessive. They wear you down mentally even though we felt pretty prepared to do battle with an internet quoted price on a vehicle that didn't exist anymore. They gave us the price on a better vehicle, so they honored that part...sort of. Still not sure about the gap insurance for leasing. But my car insurance doesn't sell it. When you're working out your numbers, be sure to add in tax, because they change quite a bit from the advertisements. More
