Started the process @ Toyota approx 1 month ago meeting with Vincent. But unfortunately we could not test drive a Rav4. We were given all necessary information while we were deciding between the Rav4 & the Honda CRV. Fortunately we were highly disrespected by the Honda dealer in Toms River , NJ. An 800+ credit score means nothing to them. Even got contacted by Honda's survey group appropriately named the "Listener Group." Even they were shocked. Was promised that they would contact the dealer AND send us some coupons through our email but as of this writing I have to assume we were just blown off. Honda is doing so well. After further researching on the Rav4, we found that this was the better choice. We made another visit to Toyota and Vincent hooked us up with Ron who "listened" to what we wanted, got us a vehicle to test drive, got us a taylored lease to our specifications and had us signing for the vehicle before we left. Thank you Ron for a most professional, no nonsense, experience that Honda could not deliver. Vincent brought us "back" but Ron "done" the deal. We have gotten our call back from Ron advising that our vehicle is on its way. Who knew this could be so painless. Certainly not Honda of Toms River. J.T. & I.P. P.S. My salesperson, Gunther Wu, was great to work with as my family & I had a lot of questions about the Prius as it was our first ever hybrid car. I was a bit apprehensive as I did not want to get the "normal family & I had a lot of questions about the Prius as it was our first ever hybrid car. I was a bit apprehensive as I did not want to get the "normal sales pressure". He was patient and understanding that we wanted a new Prius but they were very few due to the end of the 2009 model year and the new 2010 models have not yet arrived. As the 2010 models were completed re-designed, it was going to be a long wait (1 or 2 months before they arrive & a long waiting list after that). Gunther checked the website for us but no new 2009 in the color & package that we wanted were available in nearby states. Although there was no new ones available, he suggested that we checked out two used Priuses. Neither one met our needs so we reluctantly left the dealership. He called us the next day to inform us that there was another Prius available, not new but with very low mileage as it was used as a "dealer curtesy car" in a color that he thought would be acceptable to us. It looked good to us but I was a bit concerned about getting a used car. Gunther assured me that he would arrange to get the car all cleaned up & good as new. He kept his word and we are now proud owners of a "new" Prius. We have only had the car for a week but so far so good as it has met our expectations. Overall the experience was an excellent one. This is the second Toyota that we have purchased from DCH Freehold Toyota, probably not the last one. More

Michelle and Cyril have been so nice, very kind. Toyota is lucky to have such good sales persons. The reason being, they understood my concerns, need and budget, did not push to a point of frustration like is lucky to have such good sales persons. I was very happy to find that Vincent Vitolo was still there as he was such a great help three years ago. No matter how many times I told him I wasn't happy with what they were offering he would come back with something better. We finally reached an agreement and I drove my new 2012 Camry LE home. Vinny is the best salesman, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and wants to make the best deal for you. Thanks to him, I plan to return in 2015 and hope he's still there!! Having visited a little dealers, I have been surprised with their attitudt to customers. Similar that they are not interested in sale of automobiles. After these visits to become clear the reason of economic decline of America. However I have been pleasantly surprised as professionally, politely and accurately employees of Freehold Toyota worked. All have been finished during two hours and I have left by the brand new Toyota Camry to our mutual pleasure. However, I want to note, that price does not correspond to the modern economic situation. If TOYOTA will continue such price policy it destiny GM will comprehend. I thank Freehold Toyota for excellent service. More

The clutch and flywheel of my Toyota Matrix have been replaced at this dealership. The job done is great; the service advisor was extremely flexible and open to any of my requests (I wanted high performa replaced at this dealership. The job done is great; the service advisor was extremely flexible and open to any of my requests (I wanted high performance parts as oppose to stock, they ordered the clutch for me and let me order the flywheel of my choice). I was provided with a courtesy car while my car was in the shop. The price of course was a little bit higher than it would have been at a regular shop, but this type of work is not something that you'd let just about anyone to do it. It was all worth it! More
