When I called a very pleasant woman answered the phone. I explained my needs, this woman put me on hold and when she came back to the phone asked if she could take my number so that one of the Manager's co I explained my needs, this woman put me on hold and when she came back to the phone asked if she could take my number so that one of the Manager's could call me back. I provided the number hanging up thinking I wont hear back from them. To my surprise Judy called me back when she said she would, answered my questions and resolved my concerns. Judy was very professional and impressed me. She even made me laugh after I had a bad day at work!
