John and his team are the best of the best from the first moment we walked in they bent over backwards to please us. They make you feel like family at this dealership, we were very set on the Tundra with cre moment we walked in they bent over backwards to please us. I have always had high line cars and due to the current economy we had to cut back. Let me tell you, the service we were provided was better than the high line dealerships, which surprised my family. Overall my experience with Freehold Toyota was a positive one. The staff was very honest. I purchased an 05 Scion TC and well before my test drive, I was advised of the total history of the vehicle. I was also approached by the sales manager as well and told about the history. The vehicle itself was spotless and extremely clean for an 05. The price could have been a lower, but the negotiations were fairly painless. One problem I had was that my credit was run when I clearly asked the salesman not to. He gave some lame excuse as to why it wouldn't matter and then did so anyway. I was extremely displeased at that, especially when I was to pay cash for the vehicle. All told, I was treated fairly well, except of the above mentioned problem. More

Which really impressed my wife and I. From the test drive Hector went over the entire Highlander and the options. Explained all the options and features. Explained what the Highlander has that the compeition doesn't. We really enjoyed the test drive and Hector knowledge of the Veh. After the test drive we went back to Hector's Desk. That is when I thought that the fun and friendly Hector was going to end and here comes "Mr SALES JERK" But that wasn't the case. I let Hector know that I visited other dealers and I wasn't very happy with there games. I was very pleased with the way Hector came straight and to the point. I went in looking to buy and Hector along with the sales manager John Grillo explained the benefits of leasing and more so in this economy. We came to a quick agreement on payments and all that was left was to pick a color which was to my wife's liking. Hector was very good at explaining all the paperwork and explained the rest of the process. My finance manager was Dennis Fike is was very professional. He explained the paperwork in complete detail. John Grillio( General Sales Manager) was very personable and made you feel like he was not selling you a car but actually care about getting you into the right vechicle for you and your family at the right price that work for your budget. It is great to walk into a delaership and interact with such a manager. NICE JOB JOHN !!! I also had a trade in and the Used Car Manager Gene Traktenberg gave me more than fair value for my car.
