The reason I gave Honda of Nanuet great ratings is because of Allen Michelson my sales consultant and because of Pete Khan the sales manager. There is nothing more stressful than having to go buy a ca because of Allen Michelson my sales consultant and because of Pete Khan the sales manager. There is nothing more stressful than having to go buy a car. The whole idea of going in a dealership and haveing a sales peron sit you down and start the whole Sale Pitch 101 speech is just painful. I hate the lets make a deal game. Well, Honda of Nanuet not part of that game. Allen Michelson was so professional and knew all about what he was selling. I was with my aunt at the time. I wanted the civic again. He showed me the civic EX but I just could not at this time take the higher payment than the LX. When I told him I needed to go down a step, he did not do the dance of telling how much better the Ex is to the LX and try to bagger me into the EX. Believe me I wanted to EX and had the civic EX 2006 which I purchased as well at Honda Nanuet.(which is why I went back). He made me feel so comfortable. I told him that I got a nissian add and showed him and he went back to his manager Pete Khan. Prior to the nissian thing, the numbers Allen had given me seemed way off. Pete came over himself to introduce himself and tell us he had put a different formula in and that was why the numbers were off . we are all human and those things happen. But just to have Pete come over was great. When I went to look at the nissian deal they understood and actually asked if I could tell them what the deal was they were interested to know. They did not harass me, they did not call me to harass me. The next day I called Allen and said let get me that Honda Civic. Another great thing was that I wanted to lease and they only had 3 colors at that time which I really really did I mention really did not like. Allen went and found me a black car even though he had to call around . I told him that was ok I dont want to me difficult and Allen Said and I quote" that is not a problem, I want you to be happy". I can not say enough wonderful things about these gentlmen!!!!!!! Allen could not have been nicer and Pete was nice and very funny. Saying these two gentlemen are an asset in this dealership is an understatement!!!!!!!! And I should mention that because of the great treatment my aunt's saturn lease is up next year and she was looking at the Nissian Rogue but decide she wants to be a Honda owner! I recently went to Honda of Nanuet to purchase a new car, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to do so! Though a previous owner of a Honda, this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle for myself. and I couldn't be happier with my decision to do so! As can be expected, I was slightly nervous as I embarked on this journey, afraid that I might feel pressured to make decisions quickly or rushed through the whole experience as just another "number." Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have the assistance of Mr. Kamil Wojcik as my Sales Consultant. Kamil was personable, friendly, polite, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He was attentive, respectful, and helpful, and most definitely not pushy in the least. Kamil patiently answered my many questions and effortlessly offered his expertise in the form of support and advice. He was straightforward and honest, and took a great deal of time to explain various features and advantages of certain models as compared to others. Kamil truly listened to my concerns and thoughtfully problem-solved with me to ensure that I was fully satisfied and comfortable with the decisions I was making. From start to finish Kamil made the entire experience of purchasing a new car and trading in an old one surprisingly easy and enjoyable! On the evening I picked up my new car, Kamil extensively reviewed the various features/functions it has and made sure I had no further questions or concerns. I felt truly comfortable working with Kamil and never once questioned his intentions; I knew he had my best interest at the forefront of his mind. He absolutely went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I was also fortunate to have met with Mr. Glenn Reggio to discuss finances. He, too, was personable, professional, and friendly. He presented information in a user-friendly format and was very understanding and down-to-earth. Both Kamil and Glenn truly made my experience buying a new car a memorable one- in a good way- and I am extremely grateful for that! I would absolutely recommend this dealership and ESPECIALLY THESE TWO EMPLOYEES to anyone who is looking for a new Honda. Definitely ask for Kamil if/when you go!! : ) More

I did not feel pressured at all, and was actually very relaxed and confident of the decision I made. He was very informative and thorough in explaining all my options to me. He gave me a tour of the dealership, pointing out where the service area is and introducing me to the Service Advisor. I now own a Honda CRV and am very happy. My compliments to Mr. Rossi More

Patrick Wysocki was an amazing sales person! I hate buying cars for the most part but he made it painless and simple! Honestly it is difficult to use the word "Ethical" in the same senetence as car sal buying cars for the most part but he made it painless and simple! On 09/30/2011 Me and wife brough a used car from this deaership on our first visit we were treated like kings and queens but when we returned 5 days later we were treated like dirt due to on three differ deaership on our first visit we were treated like kings and queens but when we returned 5 days later we were treated like dirt due to on three different ocassions we requested a copy of the carfax that we had sign for it. when we went 5 days later the salesperon euna wilson was very rude and info us that the car was in an accident when she or frank tinelli never told us about the car been in an accident.before we had sign the documents frank tinelli info us that the car was never in a accident thats why they certified the car because the car was never in a car accident..everything that this dealership told us was all a lie.and we round up paying for the certified car when it was suppose to be certified though honda..this dealership will said anything at first just to sale a car but them everything changes when customers sign the contacts. we sign this contract under false and deceptive pretenses. i will never buy a car for honda again and will never recommend anybody to this dealership or honda.. I had reviewed several other dealerships prior to coming to Honda of Nanuet to check on their products and thier people. Buying a new car is a considerably large investment in time and resources and I wante to Honda of Nanuet to check on their products and thier people. Buying a new car is a considerably large investment in time and resources and I wanted to be sure of who I was dealing with. I was not disappointed. The people at Honda of Nanuet were very knowledgeable about their product and were very helpful in deciding what options, if any, were really something that I would find useful. I especially appreciated the fact the the sales consultant, Patrick Wysocki, was listening to what I wanted (with respect to the vehicle, options, and cost) and worked with me to come to a quick agreement. Although there was no pressure to purchase unwanted options or warranties he went through the scenarios when various options might make sense and the cost for each. It was all very matter-of-fact and made the process of getting a new vehicle extremely easy. Additionally, I didn't think that I would need the tutorial for the 2012 model but he suggested that he give me a quick run-through just in case and I'm glad he did. Wow. I wouldn't admit it to him but I'm really glad I spent the 20-minutes to get familar with how to get the most out of my new vehicle. There used to be a term called "Buyers Remorse".
