This was the best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle. The situation with my trade in was a little crazy. I wanted to get out of it and into a newer vehicle, with my monthly payment possibly bei vehicle. The situation with my trade in was a little crazy. I wanted to get out of it and into a newer vehicle, with my monthly payment possibly being lower. What stood out with Joann was that she presented with numbers and options even before running my credit and then finalized with another $1000 more for my trade in, my monthly payments lower and here I am as a proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Malibu. The experience was a win win for everyone involved!! More
