Was under a very tight schedule that could not be interrupted for @ least 2+ wks going forward, had a portion of my exhaust system fall off on a highw Was under a very tight schedule that could not be interrupted for @ least 2+ wks going forward, had a portion of my exhaust system fall off on a highway trip from MD to NJ, and DCH Nanuet not only took the Pilot in without an appointment, near 3 pm, but resolved the issue in the same day, restoring both the Pilot's lost power and resolving the unbearable noise from the exhaust system's deterioration. This was an extremely appreciated turnaround, and allowed my scheduled events to be completed on time. More
