I walked in ready to commit to leasing a specific car with an offer from another dealership. They told me that the deal I was promised was really low but they would beat it "because we just hate those guys so much." Entirely unprofessional, but I had no personal stake in their feud, I just wanted the best deal for the specific car I wanted. They proceeded to spend half an hour trying to convince me to compromise on lease terms and car color and when I wouldn't budge they requested a $3,200 deposit to find the car for me since they didn't have it on the lot and told me it should be ready in 2 weeks. Two weeks later they told me my car did not exist and offered me a different car yet again before they refunded my money. Funny how within 72 hours of walking into another dealership I drove off in the exact car I wanted, with the lease terms that were discussed, as promised. Oh, and they were honest with me treated me with respect. More

Stay away from this dealer I was sold a used car that supposedly passed their inspection, which i mistakenly trusted. The car was for my son who was away at school, Weeks later I was sold a used car that supposedly passed their inspection, which i mistakenly trusted. The car was for my son who was away at school, Weeks later when he got home we discovered that half the speakers in the car were broken, the door lock on the passenger side did not function. When i brought the car to a mechanic he showed me signs that the milage shown on the car was probably not correct and that the indicated was rolled back. I wouldn't trust these people as far as you could throw one of their cars. That car was not safe, I got rid of it and replaced with a Subaru. More

All the fluids were previously changed within 18000 miles Oil leak around the valve is old dried hard oil not an active leak. Honda was looking at recommended services not at your actual vehicle.
