Check your vehicle before you leave for damage. To start I have been with this particular dealership since 1990 when it was Kea Honda. It has been bought over through the years and as everything it To start I have been with this particular dealership since 1990 when it was Kea Honda. That being said I have heard lots of negative feedback from work associates and other people from the area about their current reputation. I was very pleased this year how my van lease went ,but yesterday when I waited 2 hours for an oil change and a NYS inspection I was not too happy. After the dealer I went to vacuum my car and noticed a 4 inch deep scratch on my rear right door. How do I go back and point fingers. The attendant did do an inspection of the exterior of the vehicle and made me sign for it stating that there was no damage. I am so displeased that this has happened. This particular vehicle is a lease also. Now it's on me to deal with the return when I know I had no part in the incident. To think I was scouring the car lot to see what Honda I wanted to get into next. Lease a car and pay to return it. Lesson learned. Up until this point I have never had a problem. I'll be moving on now. More

I was very specific about the vehicle i wanted to purchase and thought everything was worked out until i arrived to begin signing my paperwork only to find out they were not providing me with the vehicle in the email and text i sent to the salesman specifically. I believe they tried to pull a fast one by me and for that reason i will never shop or recommend any to this particular Honda again. More
