I have had the pleasure of working with Service Manager Dominick Garretson over the years and he is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He takes the time to answer any and all questions, and always explains exactly WHY certain services are necessary. I've met several of the technicians, and one of them actually rode around the parking lot with me trying to diagnose a strange brake-related problem. Three years ago I moved about 100 miles away from DCH Honda of Nanuet, but I come BACK every time I need a service. I would never go anywhere else. Best, Kristine More
