Aqui was very professional and helpful, went above and beyond when I took my Accord to have it checked out. He even got the service manager involved who was also very professional and even granted me a re beyond when I took my Accord to have it checked out. Their service/parts department is the WORST. I took my Honda Civic to have a mirror replaced. Mr. Clint Stremcha assured me that the was going to be in the next day at 8:00 am. Actually he said "it is gua Honda Civic to have a mirror replaced. Mr. Clint Stremcha assured me that the was going to be in the next day at 8:00 am. Actually he said "it is guaranteed to be here tomorrow." The next day I called him to confirm that the part had arrived, and to my surprised, or not, the part wasn't there. Mr. Stremcha told me "I guess the parts department never order it... I don't know what to tell you... I guess they couldn't locate it..." It turns out that the part was never ordered. I asked Mr. Stremcha if he could order it for me, and to give me an estimate as to when it would arrive; his answer was that he was getting off work that evening and going on vacation for more than one week; basically that he wasn't WILLING to help me, nor could he find another customer representative to do it because as he put it, everyone was 'very busy with other customers." I said "thank you, I'll go somewhere else". I went to a local body shop (not a HONDA dealership) where my car is getting fixed. The part only took one day to get the part. AVOID THIS PLACE. There is absolutely no such thing as "Great customer treatment". More
My first service experience was great! The staff who I came across were all friendly and helpful. The wait time to speak to a service advisor wasn't long at all and he handled all my requests properly, in came across were all friendly and helpful. They called to notify me of when my car would be ready and it certainly was ready at a timely manner when I came back to get my car. I found it very kind and good customer service that my service advisor, Aquilino walked me back to my car after everything. I had requested to have my trunk vacuumed and when I saw it wasn't, Aqui told one of the employees to take it back to the cleaning area and vacuum the areas I wanted to have vacuumed. I really appreciated that he did that and was willing to satisfy my needs and make it a good experience for me overall. I would definitely get all my services done at Honda of Oxnard and recommend it to others! :) More
I bought my car from DCH Oxnard in 2008 and brought it back to the service department for a delaminating paint issue. It turned out that Honda's warranty had already run out on the paint but the Service M back to the service department for a delaminating paint issue. It turned out that Honda's warranty had already run out on the paint but the Service Manager Stuart made some calls and was able to get it handled for me. The body shop mixed up some of the wiring in my car when they were replacing my hood and caused some electrical problems but Stuart had me bring it back in and comped me a rental vehicle while it got fixed. My car looks as good as new and I couldn't be more pleased with the way that the service was handled. DCH Oxnard's fair and reasonable handling of my car's issue has restored my faith in Dealer Service! I'll be bringing my car there for the upcoming maintenance. Thanks again guys. More

I brought the car in to obtain an oil change and a have the car checked for a number of items I thought it was likely time to have checked. I especially wanted to check the tires since they were past the the car checked for a number of items I thought it was likely time to have checked. I especially wanted to check the tires since they were past the mileage I normally get. I was told that I had plenty of tread left during the sight inspection as I checked in. These were the tires I purchased at this dealership and it appeared that I was going to get at least 50% more mileage over tires I had purchased elsewhere for my 2006 Honda S2000. I was later informed, upon a detailed examination, that I had 8 screws and nails in 3 tires, so I had a new set installed. I left instructions to fix or re[place anything that needed it and call me to let me know when to pick up the car. I have always been treated fairly and am confident that I will continue to be treated that way. When the call came, the car only needed the oil change and the tires. I recommend this Service Department, as well as the Sales Department to everyone. This is why I drive from Santa Monica or Malibu to Oxnard to have my cars serviced instead of taking them down the street from my office to the Santa Monica dealer's Service Department. No, This is not a plant. I have been using this dealership since 2000 and will continue to do so. If Martin is not around, Clint, Aquii or Mike will take care of me. We have bought our last two Honda's from this dealership. We are extremely happy with them. More

There was an issue that had occurred while my vehicle was at this dealer for a routine service. I contacted the GM Ed Mathews and he did listen to my concerns and was able to offer me an amicable and reason at this dealer for a routine service. He did not ignore me and did make me feel like he was going to take care of the issue and he did. He also assurred me they would take steps to improve that part of the service process in the future.
