CJ Johnson was the customer service person who help me. I have my car oil and filter change and tire rotation and multi check. I was happy and satisfied with the service that I have received. I drove back home with no problem with my tire. The wait was reasonable and CJ Johnson was friendly and listen very well to all the service I want done to my car. Right on point I was informed of Honda's mileage recommendations for maintenance as a second opinion and was very satisfied of the outcome which saved me about $700. No add-ons or ma'am you need this or that (don't think I have money coming out of my ears), just this is what we found and they let me take my time in deciding what services to complete at my pace, my budget. Even though I live in Sun City/Menifee (I needed to leave my car for the day), I rented a car (they dropped me off at enterprise(north), and off to work! No complaints. Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah...see you in 2018-Happy New Year too! More
