PLEASE READ - READ - READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. I expect fair and honest business practice from a known brand, not an unexpected FINAL selling price that I was not informed of beforehand, even when I asked, i.e. extra paint protection, extra security...ect...... adding up to thousands of dollars after the fact.
From the moment I arrived, everything was very professional, and despite the busy holiday time, everyone was very friendly, and efficient. I was there for an oil change, and Russ Capuano quickly checked me in. About a half hour later, Russ followed up with me on some other issues, and then the team quickly completed those too, and my car was done within an hour. Even the cashier was very professional and friendly! What a nice treat to actually enjoy getting your car serviced!! Merry Christmas to the Honda Team, and thanks for a great experience!!
