Pressure Financing My son purchased a 2012 Hyundai Veloster on 03/27/15 that he can not afford. You pushed him through your bank finance system and got him approved at a My son purchased a 2012 Hyundai Veloster on 03/27/15 that he can not afford. You pushed him through your bank finance system and got him approved at a very high interest rate. His payments are way beyond his income to debt ratio but I guess at any rate a bank and Honda just sees money! So he went through the contract and declined the 2 day cancellation notice really unaware of what he was signing because he was being rushed through paperwork. His mom unfortunately cosigned for him because she was just trying to make him happy. I don't see how that was allowed because of her lousy credit line. It was allowed because all Temecula Honda did was see a sale and money in their pockets. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure Temecula Honda does not do this shady car sale practice with anyone else!! More

Salesman Perfect, Finance Horrible Andy Prato in sales was perfect in every way and couldn't be happier with him. He was friendly, and was not pushy at all. David in Finance on the oth Andy Prato in sales was perfect in every way and couldn't be happier with him. He was friendly, and was not pushy at all. David in Finance on the other hand, lied to me about my trade in. He stated he could only give me a certain amount for my car because it couldn't be "certified" by the dealer. After my purchase, I kept an eye on the car I traded in, in the pre owned section. It read that the car was 100% certified. I feel like I was taken advantage of and he seemed like he did not want to make the sale. It was here is the price, take it or leave it. No options or anything. I had to come up with my own options to suit my needs, instead of him helping me with options. Because of this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will take my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced. It's a shame because Andy did so well. More
