I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. Unfortunately, while they offered to hold it for me I hummed and hawed, and they sold it before I could get it. They offered me the same price on other colors they had in stock, but then rather than pushing gave me a list of dealers in the area that either had the color I wanted, or would be receiving the color I wanted in the next two weeks. He apologized profusely, and went out of his way to make sure that even though I wouldn't be buying a Honda from him, I would be able to buy the Honda I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. I have never been so happy with a company that didn't end up having what I wanted in stock, but the customer service, even for a non-customer, was truly over the top. More

Brad Johnson was our sales advisor and made the buying experience an absolute pleasure. In the many cars I have purchased over the years, I would have to say this was the best overall. He was not overly pushy in the least and the fact he dealt with me via email as I requested and didn't call me every minute as almost all competitors do, earned my business and future business is well.
