He was cheerful, friendly, professional, helpful and the whole check-in process lasted no more than 10 minutes. I left my vehicle with the peace of mind that it would be taken care of. Russ gave me a courtesy call a couple hours later letting me know that it was ready and there were no issues or problems detected. Checking out and paying for my vehicle was just as easy and quick with the same outstanding customer service. I have brought my new Passport in twice for service to this dealership and have received a great experience both times. More

Excellent, thorough service 30K service booked online, appointment kept within 10 minutes of appointed time. Asst Service Mgr Russ Capuano handled the service, which included the 30K service booked online, appointment kept within 10 minutes of appointed time. Asst Service Mgr Russ Capuano handled the service, which included the possible replacement/repair of a faulty window washer unit. Service completed in approx. 2 hours -- better than my expectation, given the problem with the washer unit I anticipated -- and Russ called to tell me the car was ready, with the hose to the washer unit replaced (not the burned out motor/replacement of the unit I had feared). Easy checkout and payment, as usual -- thanks to the woman who handles the credit card transaction and paperwork. Extremely pleased with the quality of the service and the overall experience. More
