The email sent by John Wall in Internet Sales stated they would show how they "deliver customer happiness". When I replied to his email, he proceeded to tell me to come in before I would get any help. I let him know I was coming from out of town, and would make the long drive if I at least had a ballpark idea of pricing. His response was "Well thanks for your email." I'm not interested in playing their dishonest games. More

About a half hour later, Russ followed up with me on some other issues, and then the team quickly completed those too, and my car was done within an hour.
