It seems that services for my auto are taking a longer than usual during the last year or so. Especially for when my engine light displayed on 1/27/2025 and a diagnostic test was done, taking 4+ hrs. The supposed result code was that my catalytic converter should be replaced and I was given an approx. $2300 price to have it completed. I chose not to, and it turns out it was misdiagnosed, as it went through NJ DMV Inspection and passed. You charged me $200 for the test anyway, even though your Service Advisor Jacob Link advised me that he would check into it, when I requested a refund. He never got back to me with an answer, as promised, even after I tried contacting him several times for an answer.
