A Great Experience from Start to End My name is Emma Donahue and I just recently visited DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. I had been driving a 2002 Toyota Rav4 ever since 2015 and let me tell My name is Emma Donahue and I just recently visited DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. I had been driving a 2002 Toyota Rav4 ever since 2015 and let me tell you when I say I LOVED that car. I have put so much money into that car, I knew that her lifespan would be coming to an end soon. Well, the end of my Toyota led me to the Eatontown honda dealer early Wednesday morning. Being a young woman, I knew nothing about cars so I walked into Honda very overwhelmed and upset. My mother had recently bought an HRV from this dealership about a month ago, so she had her heart set on seeing the same salesperson that assisted her throughout her buying process. After sitting for about 20 minutes, we found out that the specific person she was looking to be assisted with was not in that day. The young woman at the front desk brought over another sales person, PETER AGUGLIARO, and I knew from the second he shook my hand, I was going to be in good hands. Peter was absolutely WONDERFUL. He status down and asked me what my preferences were in a car, and then we went from there. Everything was catered around me and what I wanted and I really appreciated that. After chatting for a bit, Peter took us out to the lot to look at cars. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Peter told me to take the lead and point out an car that stood out to me. I didn't feel pressured into looking at any specific car. After walking up and down I came across a white 2016 Honda civic, and Peter went inside to get the keys for me to take it for a test drive. I really appreciated Peter's opinion and thoughts throughout the whole drive. He kept assuring me that he wasn't going to sell me a car that was not going to be safe and reliable for me (given my situation, I drive every so often down to South Jersey so I really needed a safe car). I fell in love with this Honda. After we got back, Peter was very efficient with getting all my paperwork done in a timely manner. Again, he explained EVERYTHING to me so I didn't feel confused about anything. While Peter was taking my new car in for cleaning, we were then assisted by PATRICK CONNELLY to handle the finance aspect of it. Before he showed me any numbers, Pat (as well as Peter) asked ME what I felt comfortable with putting down. After saying what I was comfortable with, Pat ran my numbers and we came up with my monthly payments. After signing a few more documents, the 2016 Honda Civic that I saw on the lot was officially mine! The day that started off so stressful and upsetting to me turned into such a calming and rememberable one. Peter and Pat were absolutely FANTASTIC and made this experience a breeze. I will forever be a customer of DCH Kay Honda of Eatontown!!!! More

Absolutely amazing experience with our new CRV purchase. We live in Somerset, NJ but specifically come to Kay Honda because we trust the type of service we’re consistently provided. She was patient, answered all our questions, helped make sure we were getting into the right car, and helped us every step of the way. Rarely do you ever see such great service at a dealership from the top level down, but the General Manager, Mark Clifton and GSM Ruben Arcila both helped to make sure our needs were met. We were concerned with the EX-L version of the CRV falling a few dollars outside of our budget. Luckily, Mark and Ruben discovered that we qualified for the conquest rebate program because we have a Subaru at home. This helped bring the cost of our payments down to fit comfortably within our budget. Our Finance Manager Kal was also very easy to work with. He walked us through the entire process and showed us a variety of different options to protect ourselves further. I definitely suggest getting Tire and Wheel - one claim and it literally pays for itself. After finishing up with the paperwork, our sales professional Kat had our new car ready to go for us. She went through a checklist with us that allowed us to select our preferences for each of the cars settings like if all doors should unlock when we unlock the driver’s door. It was such a great experience. Even when I buy luxury cars like Audi or Mercedes I don’t get this time of experience and care. I really want to thank the entire team at Kay Honda for making this such a great experience for us. We were in and out of the dealership with our new car in 90 minutes.
