Liars! I was interested in their vehicle that was listed for sale. Once after the phone call, we settle with sales person to visit DCH Kay Honda. On my way, I was interested in their vehicle that was listed for sale. Once after the phone call, we settle with sales person to visit DCH Kay Honda. On my way, a salesperson called me and asked not to come because the car was sold. 2 days later they contacted me as the car was still available for sale and as I wanted to buy the vehicle, I told them that I needed 3 hours to get there from NY. When I came to the dealership the salespersons didn't even came to meet me said on the phone THE CAR WAS SOLD! More

Very pleasant car buying experience I first shopped at DCH Kay Honda in 2004 and bought a 2004 Honda Pilot. After 15.5 years and 264,000 miles my pilot decided she had enough. As someone I first shopped at DCH Kay Honda in 2004 and bought a 2004 Honda Pilot. After 15.5 years and 264,000 miles my pilot decided she had enough. As someone told me, "that car owed you nothing".Since my first experience with DCH Kay Honda was good, and since Honda's are excellent cars, I made DCH Kay Honda my first stop. I am glad I did. There I met Alyssia. Alyssia really focused on helping me find the right car for me. She's friendly, knowledgeable, kind and most of all patient. I test drove a number of vehicles and had questions about them all. Long story short, she was enjoyable to work with and I bought a 2019 Honda Passport Touring which I like very much. Because cars are so expensive I only gave 4 stars for price and that is probably as good as it gets anywhere {LOL}. I want to thank Alyssia and John for a very pleasant car shopping/purchasing experience. More
