Andres was extremely helpful in explaining all the different features of the vehicle I was looking at, he was even able to help me narrow down which would be the best trim for me. During the test drive, he was explaining some of the new safety features that I was unaware that the vehicle was equipped with. This was extremely informative, and helped make my decision much easier. I was unable to purchase on the day I initially went in, and I really appreciated that I wasn't pressured into the purchase that day with the "hard sell". After thinking everything over for a few days, I contacted Andres, and we were able to pick up right where we left off. Andres went to go pick up the vehicle from another location for me, and within the hour I was at the dealership signing the paperwork. This was an extremely smooth transaction, and I look forwad to recommending Andres and DCH Kay to anyone that is in the market for a new car. More

Dayna Gall was the salesperson that handled the delivery and her efficiency and pleasant demeanor made the experience quite pleasant. She promised me the entire process would only take 2 hours and she delivered on that promise. She was knowledgeable and was able to explain all the features of the car so that I was quite comfortable. Even the financing was easy.
